Mind, Consciousness, and Soul
The highest, most profound properties of life are Mind, Consciousness and Soul. These are the essence of heaven and earth, and that is who God is.
-The Cosmic Code of Creation, Lauretta Lueck
Life expresses itself through three primary qualities — Mind, Consciousness, and Soul. These are not separate forces but different ways the same living essence reveals itself.
Mind
That is how God speaks and reveals his Thought—from Spirit to spirit, from Mind to mind and from Soul to soul.
-The Cosmic Code of Creation, Chapter 1 Alpha and OmegaThe Spirit of God is the invisible force and the vital essence that is in all that is alive: mind, consciousness and soul.
Without an image in the mind, without a vision, there can be no creation. With creation a tangible something comes into existence, a product that takes time…and energy. – The Cosmic Code of Creation, Chapter 1 Alpha and Omega
“Minds are joined; bodies are not.”
–A Course In Miracles
“Every mind contains all minds,
for every mind is one.”
-A Course In Miracles
“Every mind must project or extend,
because that is how it lives, and every mind is life.”
-A Course In Miracles
ACIM makes a fundamental distinction between knowledge and perception, between the real and the unreal. Knowledge belongs to the unified mind — the realm of truth. Perception belongs to the separated mind — the realm of interpretation. This distinction complements the Akashic and Taoist teachings beautifully. Mind is the organizing intelligence of creation — the field through which awareness expresses itself.
Consciousness
From The New Akashic Records:
“AS ENERGY: Potential has the capacity for knowing, awareness, understanding.
Potential also knows, chooses to participate, and moves willingly to express its intention as form.“
-Strand Four, The New Akashic Records
Energy is Conscious
Energy is aware.
Soul
The Soul is the individualized expression of the whole — the moment where universal consciousness becomes personal experience.
“The Soul Point is the wave become particle.
At some moment, a wave in non-physical reality realizes the collective and individual nature of itself with All That Is.”
-Strand Eleven, The New Akashic Records
In this teaching, the Soul is both wave and particle — both universal and individual. It is the spark through which creation becomes personal, carrying intention, memory, and purpose.
Closing Thought
Understanding Mind, Consciousness, and Soul gives us the foundation for reading ancient texts — including Genesis — not as history, but as codes of creation.
